Waste plastic goods were usually reclaimed, crushed and reproduced into plastic granules. First, producing renewable plastic granules has to occupy some space to pile and wash waste plastics. Then there must be one plastic crusher to smash waste goods. In addition, one extrusion machine is required to heat raw materials, squeeze waste impurities inside and get molten material. One simple plastic extrusion device will fine the materials from last process into threads which will be cooled down when passing through the cooling device and finally cut into granules by cutting machine. All of these recycling equipment can be used in conjunction to break down larger plastic pieces into smaller particles, melt the particles and then mold the melted plastic into a new product.
